OUR BELIEFS

God
There is one eternally existing God and He has chosen to reveal Himself as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is creator of all things visible and invisible, being present before all creation. This makes God worthy of all praise, honor, glory and power. God is unchangeable, same yesterday, today and tomorrow always staying true and keeping His promises. God created the Bible in the sixty-six canonical books of the Old and New Testaments. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who was born of the virgin Mary and is fully God and fully man. God is perfect in wisdom, mercy, justice, holiness, knowledge, goodness, power and unfailing love towards His creation.

Salvation
Jesus Christ living without sin willingly laid His life down and died on the cross for us paying the penalty for our sins and transgressions. God the Father raised Him from the dead and seated Jesus Christ at His right hand. Now, by grace, He offers a free gift of eternal life to allow those who follow Christ, by faith, as their Lord and Savior. Salvation can only be found in Jesus Christ because of this. Only one has the power to pay for our sin and transgressions, which is Jesus Christ. Romans 10:9-10 (ESV) says; 9 if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth, one confesses and is saved.
Baptism
Baptism by immersion is a believer's baptism that symbolizes a person's union with Christ in death and resurrection. Baptism is based on Romans 6:4, (ESV) which says, "We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life".

The Church
The church is the visible body of Christ displaying and living in sacrificial love and unity towards one another, continuing in the Great Commission of going out into all the world to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mankind
Both male and female humans were created in the image of God and all His glory for the purpose of God’s pleasure in an everlasting relationship of worship to God our Father and creator. Adam and Eve were the first humans created and appointed as caretakers over all creation being in a perfect relationship with God our Father. Marriage was created by God for one man and one woman and in marriage the two shall become one flesh.

Resurrection/Revelation
There will be a day that Jesus Christ returns to judge the living and the dead, ushering in the fullness of God’s kingdom on earth. We look forward to this blessed day as believers giving us hope in Jesus Christ, keeping to His promises bringing in the full completion of God’s kingdom. Many generations have passed and still generations since have thought that the second coming of Christ will happen soon. We can only hope for that blessed day, however, we need to stay focused on the truth and light of God’s Word and trust in the timing of the Father.
